Hosting
A scene is priced once. There is no monthly charge to keep a listing's tour online while it is on your account. Per-space hosting products commonly bill each listing monthly for as long as the tour stays up.
Ownership
Download the scene as glTF (with the KHR_gaussian_splatting extension), PLY or a mesh and use it anywhere. Leaving does not mean losing the tour. Hosted-only tours generally cannot be exported, so the tour lives and dies with the subscription.
Capture
A phone or any drone that shoots video. No camera rig, no per-room scanning. Dedicated scanners capture interiors well and need to be carried room to room; aerial and exterior coverage is a separate product.
Delivery
The viewer streams a level-of-detail ladder, so a listing page on a phone shows something within seconds and sharpens as it loads. The flythrough video comes with every scene for feeds that take video and not much else.

Shoot
Walk the property slowly with a phone, or fly a drone around it. Wide, overlapping passes matter more than resolution.
Upload
Drop the clip on the Convert page. Processing runs on our GPUs; you can close the tab and come back to an email.
Review
Open the link, set the starting view, name the scene. Keep it unlisted until the listing goes live.
Publish
Paste the embed on your listing page, put the link in the remarks, and attach the flythrough to the MLS entry and the social post.
Do I need a drone?
No. A slow walk around the property with a phone works for most houses. A drone helps on larger lots, roofs and anything you cannot walk around. If you would rather not capture it at all, we can fly it for you.
How long does it take?
Most scenes you upload finish within about an hour; you get an email with the link. A capture we fly for you usually comes back within 48 hours of the flight.
Who owns the files?
You do. Every scene can be downloaded as a glTF with the KHR_gaussian_splatting extension, a PLY, and a mesh. There is no per-listing hosting fee; the viewer link and the embed keep working while the scene is on your account.
Does it work on MLS and listing portals?
The flythrough video is sized for MLS and social feeds, and the tour lives on a link you can put in the listing remarks or on your own listing page with the embed code. We do not inject content into third-party portals.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. The viewer streams a level-of-detail ladder, so a phone on a listing page loads a lighter version first and refines as it goes rather than waiting for the whole scene.
Can I take a scene down?
Yes. Deleting a scene removes the files and the links stop working. Unlisted scenes are only reachable by their share link.
